Shipping Policy

At The Potter’s Touch, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that our products are delivered to you in a timely fashion. You are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Shipping Policy, you are advised that you may kindly forthwith leave and stop using our platforms including our website. The terms contained in this Shipping Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

We have partnered with service providers to deliver our products to our customers across India. (At this point in time, we do not accept overseas orders).

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Charges:     

Flat Rs.100 shipping rate on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Since our products are made to order, estimated shipping from our studio is 4-6 weeks. Delivery is dependent on geographical distance and number of working days. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • Product availability

  • The destination to which you want the order shipped and the networking of our delivery partners

While we shall make reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders are delivered to you in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of:

  • issues beyond our or our shipping partner’s control;

  • natural calamities such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and

  • unsuitable, inimical weather conditions;

  • disruptions, curfews, employee-lockouts, strikes, lockdowns etc.;

  • other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events of delay, we shall make a reasonable attempt to proactively intimate you by communicating to you on your registered email account and/or mobile number. However, please note that we disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to intimate you of anticipated delays in the delivery of purchased products. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise on account of a delay in the shipment and delivery or use of the products you purchased from us.

Moreover, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the tracking status of your shipment by our partners since it may not always be updated on a real-time basis and is subject to inconsistencies arising out of time-lags in updating the information and other technicalities beyond our or their control. Also, please be aware that we work with well-established shipping partners, and we are not liable for the performance, behaviour or mannerisms of our shipping service providers or their delivery staff or agents. You are advised to take up any complaints directly with them.

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on thepotterstouch.in
Listed prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

You cannot ship to my area. Why?
Whether your location can be serviced depends on:

  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location 

  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
